Its become quite obvious that Haddrill won't be playing on Sunday. The question remains who will replace him.

I'm a little worried that we may go into this game a little too tall. I think Dunn should be the replacement not Warren. They seem the obvious two choices. There's an argument for Gilmore or Grover to get a game but i believe Dunn can provide us with more run and is more suited to playing on the smaller forwards that the Saints will be relying on. I am worried that our lineup will be too tall and shy of run if Warren is included in the team.

Schammer(injury), Hayden(injury), Schofield (injury), Cook (suspended) aren't available. Who do you think will be the 22 lining up on Sunday?

Personally i would be happy with the inclusion of either Gilmore or Dunn, less happy with Grover (a bit out of form), and unhappy with Warren. Only because our team is already a tall outfit. I'd hate to see us overrun in the last quarter because we went in too tall.

Its a tough one, I think we should pick a tall, maybe a big mid sized player to play on hamill. I would pick Gilmore, but i think he would struggle on a player like hamill.
Mcpharlin and hadrill are two players in our backline that we wouldn't want to miss to many games.
How about throwing pavlich back into the backline (just jokes)

Fair call on the big mid-sized player, i agree. But can you see my point on Warren not being needed. Polak/Parker/Thornton/Woods are options for Gherig. He's only one player. McPharlin will take whoever lines up at CHF, most likely Koschitzke. It seems they will be the only two talls in the Saints forward line. If our backmen were Warren, McPharlin, Thornton, Polak, Parker, Woods (i know he goes forward occasionally), i think we would be disregarding the talent of their smaller forwards.

On the topic of Hamill, 1st crack would have to be Matty Carr. I like the look of our backline in the following Matchups:

HF: Hamill (C) - Koschitzke - Goddard
F: Milne - Gehrig - S.Fisher

HB: M.Carr - McPharlin - Thornton
B: Parker - Polak - Walker

Gilmore or Dunn to start on the bench :) I'd play Woods across the HF line on Sunday. What will CC DO!!? time will tell.

There forecasting rain developing for Launceston on sunday, if that happens

Out : Haddrill, Sandilands
In: Warren, Smith

Warren being able to do the back up ruckwork. If the weathers good bring Warren in for Haddrill anyway to fill a defensive post.

I'd bring in Grover for Hadrill. Grover is quick, a good mark and would add a bit of drive off the half-back line, with Mcpharlin probably needed closer to goal to play on The ********train. Dunn still hasn't played enough senior footy at WAFL level to warrant his place in the team and I'm not at all convinced that he will be a defender in "the genius" style.

I would still play sandilands if it's wet, we need first hands to the ball and Sandilands can give us that. If he cant get it down to the onballers, he should just belt it forward.

If its wet, its the ideal opportunity to rest Sandi and use Warren, least you will get a marking player and not a log like Sandi who cant mark, wont kick accept under duress.

The jury is still well and truly out on Sandi, he needs basic skills and he cant mark consistently and tackle.

I'd be tempted to play Mundy, similar build to Gilmore, same height\lighter than Grover.
