Considering I was training on the ground before hand, yes, I'm fairly sure I was there. What my post shows was that I have fat dialing fingers. Mistakes happen

Grange ended up winning 60 to 37. I l
Had to leave shortly into the third.

Lots of wasted opportunities in from of goal from both teams and certainly inaccuracy toom away from the game a bit. I observed a fair few empty forward lines as well from both sides. Having a chat with some of ny colleages in umpiring, they argued both teams seemed to be playing not to lose, rather than going all out to win. It did make for a dour first half

Sadly some technical issues caused a few problems during the ANZAC ceramony aswell. However, it was still fantastic to have an ANZAC day game here in brizzie and a great crowd there too.

The community umpires all stuck around and had a few beers.

I forgot to put tip in for the game a couple of days ago, and given i got 2/5 in round 1 and tipped Burleigh by 117- thus being wrong by over 200 points I will officially withdraw from the tipping. Good luck for the rest of the round and season all.

Apologies to the Cooly boys- poor form tipping them to be flogged. I had heard that Fowles had got a few in for Burleigh and Cooly were struggling. Thats why footy is great, it continually throws up surprises to keep it interesting. I am pretty certain it will be a good year with the bootom sides improving which is always good to see.

I know the game is done and the result is the Grange winning the other day, whom I selected to win, but forgot to tip the margin.To be honest , I tipped the GRANGE to win by 40 points.( like most other tippers) .

Taking nothing away from Springwood, maybe we overrated Mayne? Very frustrating, love this club to death just not performing as we would like. Could be promising signs for the pumas looks its the magpies and PBC are the teams to beat!

Does not surprise Tiger - they were very good against the Roos last week imo. PBC were all over Maroochy early into the last before i left. Again, will be a very good side, play a good brand of footy.

Just think you will have to bring your A game each week Tiger + injuries will be all important too (meaning those clubs with greater depth will be at an advantage). Should be a good year of footy and... the lid is back on at Cooly I assume??

Stuyd, as this was a mid week game I will allow it but next time if anyone misses submitting their margin they will get 1 point over the highest margin of other tippers.

2010premier don't jump out now, you aren't that far behind, you still get points even if you forget. If you miss three in a row you will get chucked out mind you!
