Nope its not. Stretching your arc to fit around the logo would've lost the sharp look. And I'm obsessed with perfection (the breaks in the arc were measured out and should be pixel-perfect). It's a more oval than yours.

Just do what the magpies are doing but with Chudshake Designs, I was in there a few days ago (by accident) and they had a few different shades of maroon.
