Shannon Byrnes for Rising Star?

What you guys think? I cant think of any other youngsters that would be deemed near him...

He is always running, running and running and his skills are great (I expend less energy in two years than this bloke does in one game.) He would also stick out like my dogs nuts with his work rate and speed.

Franklin and Bradley aint done anything overly special and Byrnes averages more marks, kick, handpasses and equals numbers of goals per gme than Franklin and is roughly equal to Bradley.

Looking at previous winners too it seems they pick an onballer or a forward...

He is doing well, but the question is can he hold his spot and continue his great form for the rest of the year?

Byrnes hsa been great for us this year, but i think Brock McLean will win it this year

Brock McClean would be a strong early favorite and i would reckon Bradley would also be ahead of Shannon at this stage , but yer he does well when he comes on.

Also worth noting that Bradley, Franklin, and McLean are high draft picks so they tend to grab more attention, as in fans and commentators drooling over them, than the likes of Byrnes, an elevated rookie.
