Do you actually think anyone here could have changed or stopped the Essendon saga. The reason you do is why we have spent three years laughing at you. This is what it is. C'est la vie. If they shut down Essendon tomorrow, I would be sad for a couple of days, then I would make a new account and start following a new team. That's how little I have invested in the club and this game.

Has become a common theme amongst essendon fans in the last 3 years......before that it was the greatest game of all, and now for 3 years means zero.

Oh I do still enjoy the game of AFL Football, I watch games that don't involve Essendon all the time. Sure, nominally, I have chosen Essendon as my primary team of support, but if they don't win it hasn't bothered me.
