It is really pleasing to see Wiggins starting to show some of his potential that he has promised for so many years. I played 2 years of Under 18's in Tassie with Simon and he demonstrated then that he was something special, he was, and i guess still is, a good bloke too. Just thought id see what Carlton fans thought of his progress of late??:thumbsu:

he turned the corner when we got thumped by st.kilda about 7 weeks back. he hasn't looked back and has been very good.

Saved himself in the last few matches, was destined for the sack at the end of the year. We have been very very patient with him and I hope he can now show why he was worthy of a top 15 pick!

IT feels like he's been around forever. Hasn't been able to cement a spot in the team in the past mainly due to injury. Could become a 'Mr Fix-it' type player, getting used as a pinch hitter down foward, a run with midfielder or a solid medium sized defender. There has never been any doubt about his commitment, courage or ability. Thumbs up, and great to see him playing well!

He's a great player and there has never been doubt over his commitment or talent, that's for sure. The only problem in the past is that he didn't fully captilise on the opportunities presented to him, and it's now pleasing to see he is repaying the faith of supporters like myself who are quite a big fan of his ability. Good stuff Wiggz! :thumbsu:

Definite late developer. My only concern is that when both Fisher and Waite come back into the team, is there going to be a spot for the chief. If not in the starting 18, he certainly deserves a spot in the 22.

1.
happy to see how well SW is playing in recent weeks. we want all our players to do well, some do, some don't.
2.
agree - a part of the 22, will be 'on and off'.
3.
not sure of aerobic capacity but he could fill a bit of a 'roving' role if fitness allows. If not work over pre-season to try and add another string to the bow.

Great to see people are getting on board,,,....................now we just have to wait for the lemmings to catch up I suppose.
