for the last 5 months ive been on about 4-6 hours sleep a night. i often have to get up at 5:30 in the morning, but i can't seem to fall asleep until at least midnight. even if i try to go to bed at 9 i can't nod off, nor can i sleep during the day. i put the reason i can't go to bed early is because my body has adjusted to really late night cramming before exams, and my body clock is still screwed.
sometimes i worry that i am not falling asleep and that only makes it worse
i feel REALLY tired every time i have to get up, but im not too bad for the rest of the day.
am i getting enough sleep? should i be waking up feeling fairly awake, rather than wanting to sleep for an extra 5 hours? how much sleep is normal and how much sleep do others get?

I'm serious though.
Never in beds before 11.30 and even then i dont sleep till bout 12-12.30. Get up at 8 for uni usually and on days off can quite easily sleep from 12.30-1 till about 12.30 till 1 the next day but this is only very RARE occasions. Never used to be able to sleep past 7am no matter what time i hit the sack, now i struggle to get UP before 7.
