Here's a page of interesting stats about our season so far:

http://stats.rleague.com/afl/stats/2002s.html

We have dropped off really really badly in our disposals and inside 50s, areas we used to be very strong at. This just shows how badly our midfield has been going: easily our weakest link this year.

We are last in kicks but 6th in handballs - this shows how much we overuse the handball. We are last in kicks but we are 1st in clangers, demonstrating just how bad our skills and decision making are. Interestingly, we have led the league in clangers for the past 4 seasons.

Can't really complain about our tackling efforts - we are 3rd there but this may be because we never have the ball!

We used to be considered slow but overcame this by superior delivery and skill level all round. Now we are looking slow and have the worst skill level. Says it all really.

Spornstar - Reckon D Gallagher might have something to do with this, as this statement describes him beautifully. ;) :p

You know, it's quite funny to see the Adelaide supporters gloat on about how bad Gallagher is. So far, he's done much better than Nelson this year. Has Nelson even played a game in the seniors for the Crows?

And while you're gloating about his skill level and high clanger count, from what I've seen of him, he makes mistakes, but far less than any of you Crowers say he does. To quite simply put it, he's a far better player than Nelson will ever be! :p
