Some ideas- 30/30, All Star and Interforums

Don't like the 30/30, don't see enough people get to be involved in the match during that game, especially us keepers and lower middle order batsmen.

Like all the other ideas though.
 
I love the 30/30 concept!... Cause we won!:D. All star game sounds good. So does the interforum series... It meens that teams will need to rotate more players and the back up people get more of a go:thumbsu:. That will meen that we don't need any more new teams. (I am assuming that the people picked for the Interforum series will not be allowed to play in the BFFCL matches).

I've always loved new innovations in this league. Last year was the deceptively poor inter-forum league. Most were too concerned with their own clubs. However I like Jaymin's champions league idea. It was one I pitched last year but was shot down. Would it be a Test or One Day knockout though? In my opinion either could work.

All star game certainly appears to be a definate goer. Would there be bonus points for it?

30/30? Maybe as a lightning premiership before the season starts or something

I'd probably start it with ODI's. I'm not sure how many decent forums are around. We could even trial it with 1 other forum and make it the top 4 teams from each league?

Maybe make the ladder an overall (tests & odis) combined ladder (weighting tests higher than odis, if need be).

Make 2 groups of 4 (2 from each league in each group). Everyone plays each other once (or twice - home and away) and then semis and a final?

I reckon it would work well...

I'll admit my original idea of every competitions teams all in for one massive OD knockout was a little unorthodox but I like this idea.

Super 8's champions league...has a ring to it
 
Dont like the inter forum idea.

FA Cup, knockout style I like.
 
I ran a champions league competition last year. Planetcricket, Sticksports and Takeforum. I'm the one who suggested you joining the current World Series competition which currently runs the World Series tour, (One forum touring another forum in Test and ODI matches) the Club Chanpions League and The World Cup. I suggested you guys join in for the World Cup at the back end of the year and then join the touring scene next year. Although I'm sure I could squeeze you in for a tour by the World Cup.
 
I like the idea of the best BF players getting together for events such as the WC , other forum tours and competitions etc.

How is it made so things are even?
 
I'm sure a few of the guys at BigCricket would be interested in playing. I am anyway.
