Ridiculous numbers. Appreciate the commitment though.

I missed when this became the "Songs I Haven't Heard Of" Contest
I missed when this became the "Songs I Have Heard Of" Contest also

Almost like different people come here for different reasons. Weird.

Song contest. Known or not. Both sides can coexist.

Because I take things to heart I did some quick analysis of my own last night. In the 303 rounds I've competed in I've nominated over 230 different artists (don't have the exact figure in front of me on my work laptop). While some of those may be mainstream bands I'm not sure I can be accused of being boringly unoriginal and nomming the same thing over and over.

Ironically the band I've nommed the most times (The Vaccines) have been nommed by no one else.

This began because Ula took issue with me nomming The Beatles, which began because I took a jab at Hoos after he took a crack at Rask's music taste. If Hoos had been OK with Rask's music being nommed none of this would have started.

So it's just a chain reaction of pettiness and we should lay all the blame at Hoos' feet? I'm OK with that.

Correct. So let's not give people s**t for nomming things they like even if they are well known?

I've got nothing against that song of Rask's being nommed, I just don't like it that's all. If I knew that all this would happen...no, I still would've said the same thing, lol.

Rask sent me a lovely rainbow so it's all good.
