The Cats are spluttering on about 3-4 of thier 8 cylinders at the Mo and are ripe to be knocked off . As lethargic as anything against the Lions .. the week off could not come at a better time for them .

We have played 4 weeks of the most solid football that i can remember since about the first half of 05` ... could not come at worse time for us . We have some real momentum and it would have been great to keep it rolling . Just hope this is Terry`s No. 1 priority this week

Just hope half the Geelong side is going this next week and get the stuffing knocked out of them ...

That side needs to lose to sharpen them up ... and i reckon we could just about do it to them .

Would have been great to get them on a six day break.

my theory is that we he club has asked for a tough draw this year so we will get an easier draw next year.

Hope you are right about the 4 players, Bo, because Sheedy said this morning on Ch 7 that if players were not fit to play this week, they were automatically ruled out for the following club game. Bet they all play, but only for about a quarter each.

I think the break is good for us. We've come off two emotionally draining losses and to go up and get thumped by Geelong next week would hurt alot.

A weeks break to get some mental energy back will be good.

yep agree, but look at the upside.

8 geelong players in Vic side, so they will have a bruisng encounter hopefully!

we have 2 in the Vics, not sure about all stars yet, but richo would be 1.

so it could work out in our favour, giving the rest of our blokes a rest and recharge for a great game against the cats....

Yeah it also gives the bummbers some time to regroup and they get McVeigh and fletcher back when we play them. Damn break.
