I’ve got the PS4 disk version of this. I’m playing it on my ps5 but I think it’s the original version? How do I upgrade it to the remastered ps5 version?

Rock the comic book suit as soon as you can IMO. The contrast between the comic spidey and the real life looking city makes it pop even more.
Temptation got the better of me a while ago, I used the copy of Miles Morales that was free to play via the PS+ subscription tier that I'm on. To then purchase the Remastered version on PS5..... When I already had Remastered on pc as well as the original special edition on ps4 (aka when it came out I paid for the DLC before it officially released).

Played a few hours on PC, so far so good. Dunno if I'll remember more than 5 or so moves though ha it throws a lot early on at you with the combat
