Shocking.. absolutely shocking behaviour towards the football club. Support them when they are up and down. Im sick of losing and get bagged the living daylights out of at school. I want to win and I want success.

Booing the team when they are coming off the ground at half time.

Hand your heads in ****ing shame.

I agree. I feel embarassed by actions of our supporters. Yet I can understand where they're coming from, wanting and having a right to have their say. Do it a different way though! It's just getting embarassing following this club not so much because of our on field antics but many of our 'fans" off field antics.

Note: I'm not saying there's not a problem with the way we're playing though!

I have no issue with the supporters boo-ing the players. There is no way what they served up in the 2nd quarter should ever be considered acceptable and they deserved the right to be told!

On the other hand, I understand there were supporters spitting on the players as they left the field. That is completely unacceptable on our behalf.

If you were a player, would you consider playing your guts out for a group of people that treated you like that?

Smashing a corporate Box, Spitting on Players, Spitting on Coaches, Throwing a glass bottle at the players and coach its a disgrace. It hurts our club enormously. Do you think anybody seeing that would want to coach or play for us. Unfortunately the rabid feral supporters are being multiplied at an enormous rate by the rantings of supporters on the other forum. And the club is so stupid it advertises there forum as well. Our supporters have disgraced themselves, there families and the club tonight. Our players were abysmal but the actions of those supporters were dishonest, cowardly and an indictment of there personal development. The club should get images of those people and ban the perpertrators for Life.

Absolutely agree. Hopefully there is video footage of it and the perpetrators can be identified and criminally charged. By all means, be passionate and out your point across but not like that. It is embarrassing for the rest of us.

Agree. Those morons should be banned from going to the footy for life and if they are members have their membership revoked for life. What a disgrace! I don't care how bad we are travelling or how passionate anyone is, there's no excuse for that kind of behaviour. Our Club doesn't need idiots like them.

They showed one of the culprits on the news when I got home from the game. They said he was escorted out of the ground at half-time.

Even if Frawley is not the long-term option for RFC, what coach is going to leave where they are and want to head down there and be treated like that.

What good quality players are going to want to move to Richmond seeing their own supporters spit on them. It is very bad for the club.

Their actions are probably going to make it easier for Frawley to keep his job and harder to get better players because nobody else will want to come within a mile of the club.

In their defense Borgsta, Channel 9 cut off pretty quickly after the guy spat on the players. That was atrocious. In all seriousness thouh, I hope your guys put on a show soon so we don't see repeats of tonights behaviour. I realise its only a few d ickheads, but it tars you all with the same brush.

If I saw one of my teams fans doing that, I'd belt him myself. (As I'm sure most of you would)

Reading about the bloke in blue with black hair spitting, haven't seen the replay. Was directly above the window that shattered 20 seconds before the end of the game, not sure what happened.
What I am sure of is what I saw with my own disbelieving eyes, a bloke with a Richmond scarf in a grey windcheater hanging over the left side of the race as the players trudged off. I was annoyed that he was threateningly waving his fists at the group and abusing them. This turned to disgust and dismay when he twice spat at them. This filthy, ignorant, imbecilic low-life has contributed to irrepairable damage to the club. He has indulged in anti-social behaviour directed at our coaches and players which they will never forget and in the process sullied the reputation of all Richmond supporters.
I am totally ashamed that a person who follows the same team as I do could treat anyone that way, let alone the very people I go to the footy to worship.

Dirty Dog, Poor choice of words perhaps, but I'm sure you get the drift of what I'm getting at. I'm certainly not here Tiger bashing. It was more of a show of support, in that you are all not like the idiots seen at the game tonight.

I guess no game of footy is worth what we saw tonight. (or belting anyone either, for that matter)

Sure the standard of gameplay is low and the club is at an all time low but to treat players the way they were tonight is disgraceful and it is no wonder that the media is always bagging and labelling richmond supporters as the worst in the league. It is because of ratbags like we saw on t.v. tonight. Some of us love the club through the bad as well as the good. The time will come when we will improve. At the moment it is like the early 80's under KB. So it cam only get better

And what a bad message it gives to all the other clubs about Richmond and its supporters. It's bad enough that we aren't performing well on the field. I do feel sorry for Danny having all that abuse coming at him. Makes you wonder how these abusers would cope with having such abuse directed at them. Seems like we are all of the same opinion regarding those scum that call themselves Tiger supporters. I never thought I would be saying this but I am actually embarrassed to call myself a Tiger supporter. Not because of what's happening on the ground....I'll wear that until the cows come home but because of that moronic lunatic fringe that is ruining it for every one of us.

I don't know about you guys but I'm sending an email to the club at least stating that whilst I am not happy with what is occurring on the ground I will continue to support them and would never behave like a animal towards the players and coaching staff.
