The bye in the WAFL comes to ahead this weekend as the Eagles would like to give a few players a run in the WAFL but with East Perth having a bye, big problem.
Were to give the Eagles who play for the Royals a game?
We could have the situation were they play one off games for another teams reserves. Who ever did the fixtures did not take this into account.
I see that Cummings has been released to play for the swans this weekend.
The bye in the WAFL has to go.

I'd be interested to see if players could actually get a run in the seniors of another club. I remember Neesham at Claremont refusing to play Eagles who were affiliated with his club in the seniors, preferring his regulars - I would imagine that other coaches would feel the same about Eagles players from other clubs.

And if they're just playing reserves, why bother sending them to other clubs? They'd probably get more benefit from a scratch match or something - I heard something yesterday about the Eagles maybe playing an under-19 State side or something

The bye in the WAFL has to go.

It probably will along with Peel, who have inconveniently started winning games by big margins
