Was a crap squad, the result was to be expected. We desperately need to start playing some younger guys, otherwise even if we make the World Cup, we won't even fire a shot. Regardless of whether they are ready or not, it's time that in Friendlies we start giving caps to Oar, Kruse, Zullo, Sarota, De Vere, Antonis, Amini, Langerak, Leckie, etc.

Zdrilla (and Foster) were quite vocal about our shitness on the World Game last night. It's far cry from when Holger was first appointed and Foster had the thread and needle out to sew his tongue to his arse. He did make a good point though that it's not Holger's fault that he's playing the old guard and making sure we qualify rather than blooding the youth and perhaps missing out. That's the job and the goal Holger was given (to qualify no matter what) and that's what he's achieving to fulfil his contract. It's some jobsworth at the FFA that set that out in his contract so they're the ones to blame.

Agreed with Foster on something, off to shower full clothed now.
