Two more please. Most consecutive wins in Melbourne and Victoria?
I'm not totally sure of this answer, so if someone has a better one please sing out! However, since Geelong hold the overall record for consecutive wins with 23 and all of those games were played in Victoria, and Melbourne won 19 games in a row that were all played in Melbourne, I'd be very surprised if there was any other answer(s).

I noticed that the Bulldogs side who played in Ballarat yesterday didn't have 1 player with more than 100 career goals (Bontempelli was the closest with 94).

Prior to this, when was the last time a team played with no players having more than 100 career goals?

Gold Coast were in the same position on the weekend (Rischitelli on 88): https://afltables.com/afl/stats/games/2018/032020180728.html

Tom Lynch is the only Gold Coast player with 100 goals + so any time he's not playing they would be in that position.

Carlton kicked 7 goals in the 3rd quarter vs Gold Coast over the weekend.

When did they last kick 7 goals or more in a quarter?

Also, when did they last win by 30+ kicking less than 80 points like the game above?

2014 Rd. 20: Carlton kicked 7 goals in the 2nd quarter (vs. Gold Coast again).

1997 Rd. 21: Carlton 11.10.76 d. Sydney 5.11.41 - Carlton by 35

How about last time other Victorian teams had no player with 100 goals?

In Rd 15 2015 Brisbane's highest goalscorer was Daniel Rich with only 76.

Brown's retirement left a gulf and Beams and Josh Green didn't play.

As for Vic teams (may be others more recent)...

Rd 11 2014 Melbourne's highest goalscorer was Lynden Dunn with 94. Dawes didn't play.

Hoping someone can help, or point me in the right direction.

On an episode (#9 iirc) of Footy Classified last year Matthew Lloyd examined the effects of the "no-go" zone and other rule changes on stats such as the number of stoppages etc., with particular reference to Freo.

I tried getting a copy from Ch9 but they were unhelpful.

Are there any threads on this topic, or sources that I should pursue?

R4 this year, St Kilda's highest career goalkicker was Jack Steven with 97.
Both Josh Bruce and Tim Membrey missed that game.

Collingwood's next 4 games are against Sydney, Brisbane, Port Adelaide and Fremantle.

Four consecutive games by a Victorian club against non-Victorian clubs (from four different states) with the possibility of the streak extending into the finals.

Is this a record?

Richmond has now played 34 games without suffering consecutive losses.

Richmond's last consecutive loss was in Round 9 last year, when it lost to GWS (for a fourth consecutive defeat after losses to Adelaide, Bulldogs and Fremantle.

How does Richmond's streak compare to the all-time records for games played without consecutive losses?

I wouldn't imagine it's even close to their own record. Just picking Essendon in 2000 at random, they went 57 games without consecutive losses.

64 for Collingwood over 1927-30
62 for Geelong over 2012-14
59 for Hawthorn over 1988-90
58 for Geelong over 2007-09
etc

St.Kilda in R9 & 10 this year had a max of 99 goals. Bulldogs last year, Melbourne 2016, Essendon 2012, Richmond 2010, Hawthorn 1998, North 1990, Collingwood 1968, Carlton 1966, Geelong 1962.

For Victorians against non-Victorian clubs, the record is 7 games.

Bulldogs 1999 R21 - 2000 R3 (WC, PA, WC, Br, Ad, Br, PA)
St.Kilda 2004 R21 - 2005 R2 (Br, Fr, Br, Sy, PA, Br, Fr)
Hawthorn 2018 R8 - R15 (Sy, Br, WC, PA, Ad, GC, GWS)

What's the highest and lowest average percentage at the completion of a round?
I'll take the first guesses.

Highest - I nominate R1-1899 where the average percentage for all teams was 218.6%
Lowest - I nominate R1-1916 where the average percentage for all teams was 100.4%

Surely the sum of all points scored must equal 100%.
I don't really get the question.

let's say there is just one game in round one and Team A scores 82 and Team B scores 41.

Team A % = 100 x 82/41 = 200.0%
Team B % = 100 x 41/82 = 50.0%
The average of 200 and 50 = (200+50)/2 = 125.0%

I get that calculation, but surely that's not the question because it's a purely arbitrary mathematical answer. Doesn't tell you anything about the teams.

Might as well rank the teams by number of vowels.

I think you had it right the first time. You did not understand the question.

What's the smallest average winning margin in a round?
What's the lowest winning score for a round?
What's the highest average percentage after a round?

A statistic does not always have to be jaw-dropping and earth-shattering. What one person finds interesting another person may not.

But there's no such thing as an 'average percentage'.

To add the percentages and divide by the number of teams like in your example above isn't correct mathematics.

Ryan Abbott (25/06/91) kicked a goal first his first kick on debut.

How does he rank on the list of oldest players to kick a goal with their first kick?
