No real surprise. Great player in 2003, but from last year he's never been the same. Good career at 3 clubs Powelly.

My congratulations go out to Powelly. I thought the way he battled back intothe side was very admirable. Unfortunate to see his retiring has gone under the radar.

Unfortunately his retirement didn't get as much publicity due to the GT sacking, but that's the way he played his footy as well Great tough player.

If you've watched his career you'd know the time is right for him to retire. Getting too slow for the modern game, particularly in the last season or two.
