i'd imagine so. had plenty of opportunities to show at least some game sense. sure the system's shit but he's all at sea 90% of the time.

Fair chance Mahrez or Kante could be poached, but they should hold onto most of them.

Laporte makes a lot more sense for you guys than the Stones rumours, he'll probs be cheaper too

Nastasic couldnt cope with Pellegrinis gameplan. Was promising under Mancini, apparently very good at Schalke.

I'm sure theres a message there somewhere.

Savic was a shocker. Nasty was pretty good though. Not sure why you got rid of him.

savic was just a kid though. he had a couple of shockers, but he also showed potential. then he goes and plays really well at fiorentina and is now at atletico. obviously other good managers see something in him. we just got rid of young guys too quickly. both who showed more than mangala and were combined about half the price of mangala.

My thoughts are 'do not want'.

With Zouma and Christensen theres absolutely no need for him and by the sounds of things we are looking at an experienced CB to take Terrys spot anyway.

We wont be going back in for Stones, expect United to have a crack when Mou comes in.

He reminds me of Djourou. Djourou was Arsenals best centreback for a season.

Yeah, I'm not a fan. Doesn't look a great defender which i guess may be a little important with the position he plays and the price he's going for.

He was very good that season, had all the physical attributes that you need for a quality CB.

Kept Drogba in his pocket one game too at The Emirates.

stones will be fine. needs a manager who will tell him that he has a weakness, instead of telling him he's the greatest player in the world. and to play for a manager who can set up a half decent defence. ever since martinez came out with the best young defender stuff, stones messed around on the ball a lot more, played himself into trouble, etc etc.

there is a very talented footballer in there. martinez is not the person to find it.
