dont think he knows how to develop youth unlike wenger

What youth has Wenger "developed"? Arsenal just as likely as anyone to poach an emerging young player.

The better the team the more difficult it should be for youth to break through. Do you really expect 18 year olds to replace some of the best players in the world?

We identify young talent, give them the best opportunity to develop at a level suitable for them with the hope of being good enough to make our first XI. The same as every other club in England.

Fair enough, its enough proof for me.

He also played youth at Inter, Porto and Real.
What youth has he played at Chelsea mate? Didn't play any at Real or Inter unless occasional substitute appearances for Balo count. Not sure about Porto.

Varane is not a RM youth player. He only got played when Ramos, Carvalho or Pepe were suspended, which admittedly was every 3rd game.

I didn't keep track of the discussion, thought it was just youth and not through the youth system.

How about Jese and Morata?

Jese and Morata were at Castilla while Jose was managing Real. Ancelotti gave them their opportunity.

Fair enough, i just dont see him having a problem at changing the guard at Chelsea as he has been doing it since he's been back imo.

Wilshere, Coquelin and Gibbs the ones to really break through to the first team recently that have been at Arsenal for long enough to be considered "developed" (Coquelin spent most of his time on loan though). Akpom may join them next season (He's been with us since he was 6).

Szcezney, Bellerin, Bendtner, Gnabry were all part of youth teams from age 16ish onwards.

He certainly gives more chances to youth players than the likes of Mourinho do, whether he actually develops them as players is a different story though.
