Current lineup.
Not totally sold on the Short, Nabi and Tye selections just yet....
Lynn to Khan priority 1 in the first trade window.
Looking at the Strikers side I think he definitely bats in the top 3-4, probably even opens. First 2 rounds should be ok, be mindful of the round 3 byeIs Nielsen good enough to start on the field to open the season? Given a load of strikers players will be missing

I agree with regards to Wildermuth. Currently i have 4 Heat players and i dont want 5 so it is a matter of whether i drop one more expensive heat player down for Wildermuth or rearrange my team and upgrade Bartlett/Bazeley (i have 1 of them, still deciding on which) to him. I think Mujeeb/Lynn/Wildermuth is a great trio though.Think Wildermuth is being overlooked. Will likely bowl 4 overs, bat top 6 with a double. Massive chance to bowl at the death. My captain atm
Heat bowlers likely to be Mujeeb (over priced, pass), Wildermuth, Bazley, Bartlett, Kuhnemann, then they probably name a 6th bowler (rookie?). Very shallow without Neser, Swep, Steketee, Morkel, Laughlin or Marnus from last BBL.
Other than Mujeeb they're all bargains imo.
I dont think 9 is too many but i do think 5 Heat players is 1 too many given their bye in round 2. It is a good looking team though and if you are happy to run with it, it could definitely work to your advantage. I think with 5 heat players, you want your bench to be certain starters in round 2 and im not sure johnson is. I think just a couple tweaks and you could have a very good team.Is 9 DGW players on field for round 1 too many? Feel like I should be able to cover it round 2 with trades/bench.

I think sometimes average bowlers get wickets if they are used at the right time. I rate Bartlett as a much better bowler than Wildermuth as he can swing it and get early wickets, while being somewhat economical. However, if Wildermuth gets those death overs i think he will be a better chance of nabbing wickets, maybe at the expense of economy rate. Steketee last season took a ton of wickets and i dont rate him much/if any better than Wildermuth.I agree Wildermuth will get his 4 both games but I really don’t rate him as a bowler much. Didn’t get another bowl after 4 shocking overs in the Marsh cup the other day
Your bowl bench is yukIs 9 DGW players on field for round 1 too many? Feel like I should be able to cover it round 2 with trades/bench.

maxy to stoinYour bowl bench is yuk
Drop Maxy to some cheaper and upgrade Bowl 6 and 7 if possible
Otherwise 9 is brave,
Pretty good choice of poster to copy there! It probably wont take long to look through the teams already posted on here and then you can get 80+% of your side sorted. Its the final 15-20% which is tough.Making a team is such a pain, especially with all the outs. toxic can we all just copy yours?
Edit: Oh, it's on page 3. Nvm.
Australia A duty. He will miss first 3/4 roundsHow is Renshaw on international duty?
