Support for Dockers

O.K. guys, how many of you are going to Subiaco this week to give our footballing neighbours a hand when they take on Essendon?

I still can`t decide if that guy who handles ExtraTime in the West is having a lend of me, or if he`s actually serious!

Especially liked the bit where the Dockers, in return for our voices, will happily support GLORY (as I`m sure we all will) in their Grand Final bid.

No fair I reckon.

If I ever go to a Docker's game (ie when I get free tickets and have nothing to do) I go to laugh at them. There is no way you will ever get me cheering for the Dockers, unless its one of those quirky situations where we need them to beat an opponent for us to scrape into the finals. I think its a desperate attempt to try and get some people down to the game and I hope no West Coast or Glory members fall for it. I dont think either club will need to be calling on Dockers supporters to come to any of our games,and its not like the Glory cant draw a crowd for a Grand Final either.

While I'm all for an Essendon loss (bye bye competition ) I'm not shelling out good money just to make Freo's crowd figures look better.

One week is not going to create an atmosphere of fear at Freo home games, that will take months and large constant crowds of actual Freo fans. Supplementing crowds with Eagles and Glory fans is a ridiculous idea, because that crowd will never give enough of a stuff to be feared by the opposition.

Is that right? Worst ive ever experienced from the hardcore head-kicking Freo supporters is to have lollies thrown at me. Very traumatic stuff, I would have thought the flogging their football team was taking would have been much more traumatic for them but I think that they had been desensitised to such thrashings by then.

Fortunately, you are the only Freo supporter I have found that is of ther thug, parent despising, proud to be a 'bottom of the cesspit' smartarse. Most are quite reasonable people. And whilst Freo marketed their club as that of the working class versus the chardonnay drinkers of WCE, I have yet to know of any other than you that does not aspire to having a quality car, play games like golf and drink good wine with their food.
Stay in your cesspit for life, thug, your mentality shows that you belong there, and will remain proud of it.

That doesn't look good Eagles fans. Many of you deciding to tip against the Dockers when they are playing Essendon.

Personally I think that the Dockers will beat Essendon this weekend.

If Hawthorn weren't in the finals and the Kangaroos were in the finals I would support the roos.

Supporting is one thing, tipping another.

I think Freo will lose though. I think they are a much improved team from last year and will probably make 5 wins at Subi this season but they are on a 5 day break after a thrashing playing a very good side who has had an 8 day break and have had their pride wounded by the Pies.
