Cox looks terrible when he's on the boundary yelling. At least other boundary yellers like Fagan have a headset and are communicating with people. Cox looks like a fan yelling "Just kick it!!!"

We look dreadful but we have probably 3 of our 4 most crucial players out injured right now in Errol, Mills, and Papley.
Unfortunately I said it on our board and it runs true, you only get so many chances to win it, we were near 4 games in front had an injury list from heaven last year and failed when it counted. Now we have copped the injury list from the other end, and unfortunately no side can cover that quality missing.
Furthermore our drafting has been pathetic in key areas, we do so much better with later picks than prime ones, the prime ones bar the academy kids and it's woeful.
I'm fine seeing the development of the kids and treating this season as such, Campbell getting better forward, Bice looks fantastic.

8 of those players are either in our best 22, or very close to it.
I am not saying the Swans are good this year, but the injuries definitely are not helping.

Yep hope he plays more in the midfield like last week, season is pretty much a write off but there are signs.

Not the reason of our poor start we were poor the last half last season…for all the good Horse was he was a big reason we kept being thumped when it counted (ie picking non fit players)

They keep having great seasons then getting steamrolled when it counted (2016, 2022, 2024) and now they have a new coach. I think they just need time.
Take 6 first 18 players out of any team in the comp and they will look like someone in No Man’s Land

Adam Simpson would suit this list, they're a highly skilled side and Simpson can work with that.

Will still make a Grand Final and play Geelong, ruining the day for neutrals once again.
Next man up, noone cares when you have injuries, ask Carlton last year. Every team is a shadow of itself when missing quality.

Great list. Not convinced Cox is the guy. The way he has used McCartin this season is a massive red flag for me.
List is quite noticeably unbalanced.
Really lack some quality inside mids and their kpf sticks are hideous.
Still can’t fathom how they chose bowman over Armstrong or shanahan.

Even if they have a down season you can guarantee they’ll bounce back into finals and probably Top 4 next year.
