What the hell was this guy doing LOOSE!
He had been charged with rape and murder, he was hand delivering hate mail to soldiers widows at the funerals.
This guy should NEVER been allowed out on bail!

He had nothing to lose, when I thought this first happened I figured he got under the guard of authorites but NO he was as well know as anyone in this country, we need to be a bit less tolerant to these type of criminals.

Agreed...he had the $ to pay for legal rep and post bail but why?

He wasn't charged with murder, he was charged with being an accessory before and after the fact in which was a "weak case," according to the Magistrate, which in turn led to him being granted bail.

We'll never know if the 'weak case' was stitch up or not. Probably best it stays that way. Stitch ups piss people off.

Wanted for crimes in Iran...their government requested extradition years ago ... Australian government said no !
