   [*]What player would you like to see given more ground time or a better chance to develope?
   Brad Green. Last year he had limited time on the ground. He spent at least half the game on the bench and I found that to be very disapointing. We all know he can play and how dangerous he can be, he won us two games already and this will only be his 3rd year. I would like to see him play a full game and to start on the ground, he is fit enough and capable enough to do it and I wanna see him get a fair run!
   [*]Will Neita play foward or back? why?
   I think that depends on where Bizzell plays. If Bizzell becomes a key foward along with Vardy you might see Neita down back. I personally prefer him down back because he can fill Ingo's shoes and lead the backline. I have been watching a few games from this year lately and I've noticed that Neita can't really take a strong mark, the ball just slips through his hands! If he wants to resume a role in the forward line he needs to work on accuracy and marking.
   [*]Should Febey play in the midfield? Why?
   Well judging by his latest form Febes can do some damage in the midfield. This will most likely be his last season and I think the club owes him that much. I'm not saying let him play there if he can't, but I think they should give him a go and if he proves himself worthy than let him stay in the midfield.
   [*]Will Powell get right back into the swing of things?
   I would like to say yes, however I think he will start slow and by mid- season will regain his old form back to be one of the best players in the team. I would certainly love to see him out on the ground!
   [*]Is this Johnno's last chance? Will he stuff it up or earn a place in the team?
   Well I think Johnno's time is up.... his clock is ticking. This is the make or break year. Melbourne won't keep him if he does nothing because they could trade him easily. Saying that, I think Johnno will finally have an injury free season and impress us all. He has the talent, and I think he finally got the attitude and the physical ability to show off his talent.
   [*]How many of the 4 new draft selection will make their debut? and which ones?
   Well in 2000 all of them made their debut, last year only 3 (Thompson, Funcke and Jolly). I would like to see all 4 youngsters given a go because there is nothing worse in my mind than selecting someone than letting them have a whole year of playing in the VFL and than dropping them, like Melbourne did to a few players this year. Saying that I think only 2 maybe 3 will make a debut and stick to it while the other 1 or 2 will stay in VFL.
   [*]Are we gonna be sorry for letting Simmonds or Grgic go?
   Well I don't think that depending on how well Jolly and the new prospective ruck do this year. If they both stand out and help White than Simmonds won't be missed because the only thing he was really good at was ruck, his around the ground skills were not all that great.
   Grgic......... I think he speaks for himself....... we got Bizzell for god sake, why would I miss him???

   Chris Lamb. We need more backman and this will be his year. He has had time to develop and it is now time to show it.
2. Will Neita play foward or back? why?
   He should play back but he will play forward. He does not kick enough goals to be our best forward. Down back he can control things and I certainly have more confidence when he is down there.
3. Should Febey play in the midfield? Why?
   He did so well in 2001 I say why not gove him a go there.
4. Will Powell get right back into the swing of things?
   Reports from training sound good so I am hopeful of a return. It may be hard to return to the form of 2000 though.
5. Is this Johnno's last chance? Will he stuff it up or earn a place in the team?
   It is his last chance.
   He showed enough in the last two games but he has to do it for 22 games of the year. HE WILL COME THROUGH.

   Don't know anything about them. I will say 1, the first one we picked.

   No. Jolly is a more than a fine replacement for Simmo while enough has been said on the board about Grgic.
