was firstly said to be 1-2 weeks but have now found out he will not go to adelaide at all and will most likely miss three weeks minimum. he has a 1 inch tear in his AC joint. will probably have to be operated on at season's end also. also know that JON will play this week, will not be dropped like many ppl on here are suggesting.
anyone have news on schulz/simmonds?

   :(

He won't come back till the Melbourne game at the earliest :(

lets hope he makes a quick recovery and can be back in before that though. thats the early assessment anyway, who knows maybe if they assess it in two weeks he will be cleared to play against essendon *fingers crossed*

i reckon he should slot straight back into the side instead of coming up through the burgers, thoughts?

depends on how long he misses brooksy. by all reports he still did some running at training, just no physical stuff so fitness shouldnt suffer if he misses 2-3

I wouldn't mind seeing him dominate at Coburg... I'd love to see him get 30 possessions and 3 goals and dominate, I'd go to the Coburg game over the Richmond one if he's playing!

If he can get 4 goals against West Coast, I'd be thinking "dominate" in the VFL for him should be more like 6 than 3.

Anyway...Let's rest him out as long as it takes to get him healed.

i'd love to see that 2 benny but he never has dominated at coburg level  , i think he has proven he is good enuf this year to jump back into the seniors...depending on how long he is out for of course.

good call by tiger, fitness should not drop off 2 much if he is running a fair bit.

Not that he needs to come back through Coburg, rather if he does I'd love to see him play there.

Andrew Krakouer had 36 of his magical touches (and 3 goals)... that would have been a sight to see.

If Tambling had 30 touches, 15 bounces etc it would be breathtaking to watch :thumbsu: Won't be long till it's a regular feature in the AFL :p

Tambling will go to SA at the end of his contract, we are not a club that nurtures indigenous talent, probably port

Richie is very happy and loves living in Melbourne. I'd have more confidence in Richie staying for 10 years than Deledio, and Lids isn't going anywhere.

Disagree, Don't wanna bring up The "L" word again but a major reason why we passed on Franklin (as did hawthorn first pick and bulldogs) is that he came across as not being a keeper and having football as a priority.RT had all the boxes ticked for Richmond come recruiting time, still believe good will come of this.
