Good to see Cam putting in. Really wants to be on the senior list I think. From what I have seen I think he will make it.

our first break or knee reco will get him into the first 18 :thumbsu: ......... unless he's the one with the injury :thumbsd:

Polak came in a long last

thanks for your "scoop" that was in the paper last week:rolleyes:
His fitness levels are down due to poor management by Freo, but how about jusging on his enthusiasm at training

Where was minder Greg Sun morning at 2am at the Beach Hotel? Ah dont you love triple shots of vodka? Leopard never changes its spots hey big Polly?

polak in fact came near the back not last
as said by TW

Polak, actually infact came last.

Some mail: Hes extremely understrength, and Richmond have him on a massive weights program, as hes a big body, with virtually 0 muscualr power.

Kingsley is a big chance to get picked up.

Matt White finished 5th in the TAN run.

One of you rookies has put on 9 kg's of muscle, and ran in the top half for the TAN.

Simmonds still benches the most at Richmond, at around 135kg's.

Yesterday you were doing 20m sprint testings, and how many 60 metres up and back, players could do in 1 minute.

We have 2 Rookies, Cam Howat and Angus Graham so i would say it was Cam because Gus isnt the fastest bloke out there :p but maybe he has got faster.

Apartently Cass has put on some muscle and has very bright blonde hair, Lids has grown some hair and Polo has abit of a MoHawk happening.

lol pickup kingsley but keep howat on the rookie list :thumbsd:

cant wait to see what wonders our fitnees staff are gonna do with polak considering the great job they have done on ray hall

Hopefully that's Cam Howat. Averaged about 22 disposals per match for his 5 odd games at the end of the season, and I reckon he could have a Raines/Polo kind of year in 07.

It is no surprise that he is a chance to be picked up, just many supporters seem to be hoping it is not true.

If Pods somehow gets the nod over Kingsley, he would take over Simmonds' position. In fact, his current bench leaves Simmonds in his wake.

As for Polak...he has been given an armchair ride to Richmond and has been called the equivalent of a first round draft pick by TW. I think it is very poor that he finished last in the run. Sure, big blokes generally rely on power over endurance, but if what I'm hearing in regard to lack of muscular power is true, then it is extremely disappointing - no power, no endurance. He'd better be on a big weights program, otherwise Andy Collins can look forward to adding him to his plans next season.
