The Australian Magpie is generally tame.

During the breeding season (August to October) some individuals become aggressive towards any intruders, including humans, that venture too close to their nest sites. (Aust Museum Fact Sheet)

We aint seen too many agressive Pie teams in Sept-Oct in recent times.;)

Top post shows more imagination that a 'favourite jumpers' thread - on the Angel vs. Devil I would say that Lucifer was the most powerful angel who was struck out of heaven because he/she wanted to be God. Now he would :D:D:D:D on ordinary vanilla Saints as far as power is concerned.

Agree on the point that a Roo would leave a Bulldog as a bloody pulp

Who would you fancy your chances against the most if they rocked up on your doorstep, a Salvo or a pycho killer?

Other than the Dockers (most wharvies wives would be able to fight their way up to around an eagle), not a bad list.

Tigers are the Largest of the big cats and they all hunt, Lions how ever leave it up the missus as they are to tired after serviceing the pride. So bye bye Mister Lion

oh man, i cant believe i wrote that!

Lol, i dont' think we knew exactly what a 'docker' was, we just assumed it was some dorky guy holding an anchor :p

probably could beat the crap out of a cat and a swan. I thought lions were stronger than tigers :S

and yeh, a roo could beat a bulldog

oh well close enough :P

Saints wouldn't hurt anyone, they're meant to be good people! Soft and nice :p

Only reason they're above the Blues, is that blues have no form of attack!

It’s all poetry in motion my friend.

I think a saint could do an exorcism on a demon or they could destroy a demon with a spell / séance. If that doesn’t work just call in Dean and Sam Winchester from the supernatural t.v show. ;)

deeps youv got the cats too low..

sure the average domestic pussy might only offer a hiss or a scratch at worst (sounds like an apt nickname for geelong actually), but what about the big cats of africa.. i dont know about everyone else, but i'd be a little bit worried if i was a bulldog and i had a cheetah or a panther line up on me

Magpie > Kangaroo.

I have never got swooped by a Magpie before, but I know a couple of people who have.. And it bloody hurts! According to them...

The Docker mascos is the most muscly, he would kick anyone ass, he could fly a bomber and choke an eagle

true, but in that case, a lion and a tiger is a cat as well...

If i showed a picture of a leapord, a panther, a cheetah, and a domestic cat to anyone

and told them to name them

Only one would be called 'a cat', the rest have other names as well, whereas purely 'cat' refers to a domestic feline :p

yeh but they would sh*t all over any dog, a couple of birds and some inanimate object like a wharf.

Our logo has wings thus we can fly.I would suggest we would be like the angels in the movie "angels in the outfield"

Kicked by a roo, or swopped by a magpie...hmmm

i think a magpie vs roo would end up in a stalemate actually, as i can't see a kangaroo actually catching a magpie, or being able to kick it, and i can't really see a magpie hurting a roo all that much.

Would a Lion really beat a Tiger?

I suppose that's saying would a Shark beat a Crocodile.

Ah, I love this thread :p

Well a Kangaroo would never catch a magpie. The magpie could just keep on swooping it and sh1tting on it :p

Nah, the average cat lives about 15 years. That one died 56 years ago :p

He was replaced by his more fierce looknig relative:

But as the GFC Board is bleeding, as Leigh matthews once said, if it bleeds, we can kill it

SWANS kill dogs

Warning over killer swan
25 May 2004
Pet owners have been warned to keep their animals under control after two dogs were killed by a territorial swan in a park lake.

Mansfield District Council said a dog was drowned last week by a cob while playing in the Carrs park in Warsop, Nottinghamshire.

The the swan felt threatened after the dog dived into the pond and attacked the animal to protect his family.
