Just wondering what team tactics and which camera angles is everyone generally using. I'm not too sure about which backmen tactic is best out of side-by-side, in front or behind. And I'm struggling with the camera angles, often can't see whats up ahead of me when trying to kick into the forward line.

If you use any of the side views, you are always going to be a bit blinded. You instead need to use the ground map at the bottom of the screen with all of the player dots. Get used to it, and you'll be doing fine.

I generally tend to put my defenders in front of the forwards. I think it helps when the opposition get a quick clearance.

With the tactics I use:

Midfielders- Attacking.....They all run forward at bounces and ball ups which means if you win the ruck hit out you are away.

Defenders- Side by Side..........Playing behind gets you caught out with good leads and standing in front has them double back behind you for the kick over the top.

I'm using end to end, and while the camera spinning can be disorienting in a scrap in the middle, when you get into open space it is very rewarding because you can see whats ahead

Default camera view (Side Balanced).

As for tactics, well in single player that varies from week to week during my season mode.

Online though I normally run with this setup for the Hawks:

Rotations: Balanced
Play Style: Balanced
Ball Movement: Balanced
-------------------
Forwards: Attacking
Midfield: Balanced or Attacking
Ruckman: Balanced or Defensive
Backline: Balanced
Backline Positioning: In Front

Kickouts on defense set to Zone. Kickouts on attack set to Leading (or is it called Balanced?).

I then decide to either run with 2, 3 or sometimes 4 tall defenders depending which team I'm facing and drop Renouf for Bailey in the ruck.

I set all this up within 30 seconds  (need a way to save online tactics and changes Ross).

I find End to End Dynamic. Lets you see up the ground and unlike the other End to Ends it still gives you a decent view when deep in defence. I've been using defenders in front, but I might try side to side and see how it goes.

It's very hard to set the tactics online because you only get 1 minute and the tactics never seem to save. 1 minute isn't long enough for doing tactics and the team lineup :(

I think only the dynamic cameras spin??
I have it on End to End FAR, trying the others but usually revert back to this.
