TEE results

For those of us awaiting those dreaded marks in W.A, does anyone know when they're actually released? tisc.com.au says the 29th but everyone keeps telling me Boxing Day... Do I bother staying up till midnight to check them tonight?
I need a 98 to get into my course... & I'm sure the instant I see my results I'll regret every hour I spent wasting away my time on bigfooty throughout the year!

They say the 29th but every year it's early. I'll probably still be up at midnight so will check, although I'm kinda dreading it but eager at the same time.

I've also heard Boxing Day but when I saw this thread my heart jumped and thought they must be out already! Good luck guys..

P.S .I concur about the wasting time on Bigfooty (as well as playing/watching sport) when that time shoulda been spent studying but I'm happy for now!

Yeah if they're not up by 12 30 am I am gonna be quite ********ed off.... after being woken up at the crack of dawn by my younger brother to open presents, I'm not responding well to this being awake for more than 15 hours at a time.
Good luck to everyone else who is straining their eyes open to check what horrific results those nasty examiners have awarded them at midnight tonight.

yeah good luck, have a few friends and relatives waiting on theirs. Hope they come out! I remember this time 2 years ago well...now it means stuff all(but i didnt say that)

What do you need a 98 for.Is that all A's or what?

I get so confused with all the different marks aussie wide.It would be good if all A's in specific subjects meant 1 mark austrlalis wide.

I know of a mate of my sons who did Maths/Science was dux at his school this year,all A+ and only got an Op 5.A lottery in Qld every year.

Yeah a 98 would be all A's I guess, as the highest possible mark is 99.95. But it's too early to be going into all of that!

im sure the TEE results last year came out before christmas. and they came out a day early which was good because it cut out a whole day of agonizing wait. my friend rang we and was "the results are out NOW!". i was shaking when trying to log on to the tisc thing..

My guess is they'll be out tomorrow and Tuesday the latest, even though Wednesday is the 'actual' date. But we'll see.

not be suprised if the TER mark drops again this year. i got in last year, i think it fell to high 97.

i defered my law degree for next year because its really not very fun. u would almost be better off doing arts and once u get into the whole uni thing pick up law 2-3 yrs in. its pays to do well in law, if u struggle the degree wont get u much.

thats what i'm going to do, a few years of arts, then pick up law... thats because i dont think ill get the scores for law, and also because uni's supposed to be fun, and if ure doing an arts law double, it would take up too much of my precious drinking time.

Ok im totally prepared to get jumped on by 17 year olds here but is anyone else here sick of hearing how 'stressed' they are....about exams, about their results. I mean come on....there are people out there with real shxt to be worried about not about whether your gonna get in to UWA.

I know it's not the end of the world etc and I know that there are way more important things to be worried and stressed about.
But to me it's something I've worked my butt off for all this year, not to mention previous years, and damnit yeah I am stressed because if I don't get into law it will severely impact on my ability to become a lawyer, surprisingly, and will undoubtedly affect the course of the rest of my entire life.
