Must admit Thailand womens are quite an impressive lot. There is a reason why they have beaten more traditional powerhouses in the white ball format in Pakistan and Bangladesh over the last 12 months or so.

Saw a bit of the West Indies v Ireland womens as well last week. I reckon Thai women could give Irish a run for their money. Ireland are ranked 10 in the world and Thais 11.

Im gathering its a generation that has shown interest. From what I heard there is also alot of exp=-pat Brits living in Thailand as well. I actually reckon this Thailand team could give the West Indies women a run for their money.(currently ranked 6th)


You would think having one gender play well it would rub off on the other gender. Time will tell.
