As you may have detected from some of posts today I am not at work - its been a difficult week for me personally, professionally and healthwise! - Being able to come onto the list and read everything here and hear all the various views, thoughts and opinions as well as add a few of my own has been a great relief for me and a help to getting back on track!

So thanks everyone!

NB - a Crows win will top things of well - even if i can't tip them this week

Just thought I'd let you know that the Stress Test went ok - Boy the last 2.5 minutes were hard - but got through to the end - well only just!! Now the legs are a bit sore!!

Nothing wrong with ticker but have to watch the old BP - dr reckons thats still a bit too high - might need some help to keep it low!

Worst thing was that they had no record of my appointment - some sort of stuff up but the dr was good enough to fit me in - seeing i took a day off work to do it!

Good result dezzmo. Relax now mate and the old BP will go down a bit as well.

Thanks - no the calves are ok - its the the back of the thighs - have to walk it out on Sunday pacing around the radio!

dezzmo. great to hear your on the improve - hopefully the Crows are too! BTW, a good tip I found for taking the pain out of your legs when exercising is drinking lots the night before. Cheers!

thanks - good tip about the drinking!- better go and find the lambrusco!! - might make tomorrows walks easier - the wife reckons we should head out for over an hour!!

Well - have to say I was unable to keep in touch with the match today but when I managed to get to the radio in the car I heard a bit of the 2nd 1/4 when they kicked 3-4 goals quickly and we sounded ordinary!

Unfortunately I wasnt able to get to hear or see much action until the last 10 minutes of the replay - so not knowing the result I started to get a bit excited! -luckily the couple of beers I had with my neighbour earlier helped settle me ok!

I just the last 1/4 on Fox - great viewing - but I'm not sure when I'll get to see the whole game so may not get my votes in Kane.
