I'd like to buy a storm jumper. But 160 is a bit too expensive for me at the moment..

You could get it cheaper if you are a Storm member, 10% discount, or wait until Rebel Sports have a sale, where I bought mine for $128 earlier this year.

Otherwise you could try ebay or even Best & Less. The Best & less jerseys are really quite cheap and good quality, but do not have the current sponsors splashed across them.

I still have one which I bought about 3 years ago and its still as new.

I might get a best and less one until rebel sports has a sale. The lack of sponsers splashed across it is a bit of a draw card.
