Bit of perspective please. Half our team, and most of our midfield, were top up players. No disrespect to them but they are barely SANFL grade in comparison to Aaron Young, Andrew Moore and co.No we weren't. We got done by 35 pts. We were rubbish.

I truly don't give a shizenhouzen on how the SANFL team goes scoreboard wise. Its how it helps in the main game and I think a lot of our youngsters and rookies are getting good exposure and as a result when they are called up into the AFL team we are getting better service.
If people don't care if we win or lose we shouldn't be in the competition.

Like most people I agree that Knight looked good today. Him and Kerridge looked a grade above. O'Brien and Siggins seem to be developing well. No one else really worth mentioning.
What do you prefer; an SANFL Premiership or an AFL Premiership. That will answer your question.
So you think playing in a team that has lost before the game even starts is good for young players development. It must be a great selling point for a young Victorian kid. Come and play in the Adelaide reserves and get a beating every weekend.

This is true.Could be worse. If the AFC didn;t have a SANFL side some of these kids would be lining up for the Bays.
West AdelaideAnd you wonder why the angst of SANFL clubs .....so it's ok to stuff up a competition ....parasiteI truly don't give a shizenhouzen on how the SANFL team goes scoreboard wise. West Adelaideok then play the Crows in the SANFL reserves ......then no-one gives a tossThat's every reserves team in the league
West AdelaideNo.Is it true some of our top up players play games for their local clubs on Saturdays ?
West AdelaideWe're paying for the right to be a parasite.
It was either a parasite there or the VFL.
The SANFL knew it was a reserves team they were taking on. Enough clubs voted yes. They can't complain now as it was 100% up to them.
can't believe a) you said it ....b) you believe it The standard there isn't good enoughok then play the Crows in the SANFL reserves ......then no-one gives a toss
Some respect needs to be shown to a great competition
What are you talking about?can't believe a) you said it ....b) you believe it
At least the club doesn't agree with you ....but the rules imposed by the SANFL clubs are obviously too restrictive
West AdelaideYes ...but clearly most Crows supporters have little regard for the integrity of the competitionThe standard there isn't good enough
I really don't see what the issue is. Us and Port are competitive in every game.
No. If they play for our SANFL team they can't play for their club team on the same weekend. Ask Golden Grove FC about what happens when they do?Is it true some of our top up players play games for their local clubs on Saturdays ?
West AdelaideWhat are you talking about?
We're getting exactly what we want out of the arrangement. A chance to keep all our players together learning our structure in a competitive environment. In our own state.
We have to pay for this privilege to compensate the SANFL and we are.
Don't forget all the SANFL clubs are "missing" out on compared to previous seasons are two byes.
