Does anyone else reckon Haliburton's Dad looks a bit like the late and much missed Tony Todd ?

Might watch the original Candyman later tonight. One of my favourite horror flicks from the 80s.

Refs set the tone for the series just like the last WCF. Only allowing one side to play physical leaves the other side not knowing how to play
Yeah the refs had a 40 point impact.....

Nothing to do with the fact Minny were shit

Thunder looking irrepressible

So many weapons on both ends

Can’t see Pacers or Knicks mounting a serious challenge other than moments and runs

Changes the whole outlook when one team can play physical defense and the other can’t.

I remember watching Minny play the same swarming defence 2 years ago and it was unstoppable until they started getting picked up on it.

Well New York if this is the last time I get to watch you this season I want to say what a hell of a ride its been. Was heading into the season thinking we would be pretty strong with the addition of Bridges but was concerned about Robinson being injured and Sims being the main C with Randle having to do it? Then boom last minute trade for KAT had me excited for the season even more.

I thought we would make the play offs but never thought we would make it this far, it takes time to build chemistry and if you look at all the big name trades over the last couple of years in KD, Butler, Luka, Harden etc it hasn't resulted in making the conference finals so to get KAT in and make it to the EFC has been huge.

What has made it more impressive from my view is how we have made it through an entire season without a bench pretty much. I would call this season a success albeit extremely bad finish to the year with how we blew game 1 which changed the series IMO we win that game and this series goes to 7.

Given our results against all the best teams this year in the regular season in the Cavs, Thunder and Boston I had so little expectations of this play off series so I have enjoyed our run. It would be nice to win this game and make Indy win it in 6 at their home deck not ours. Well done to the Pacers who have been awesome this playoff run, they built momentum at the end of the season and you could tell by the way they were playing they were riding the wave of momentum and it carried on into the playoffs.

I'm disappointed more than anything, opportunity was given to get to the Finals and we put up this effort against Indiana.
If we get blown out today i can see the possibility of Thibs being fired which sounds crazy but his coaching this series has been poor.

I wouldn't fire a coach who has just made the conference finals for the first time in a long time. If anything it should show him he needs to change his ways and they give him next season to do that and get more minutes into McBride , Shamet and whoever else is on the roster. Clearly we have the roster to get us here but can he maximise it?

If he continues with the same style next season then your answer is there and move him on.

I don't think he will change, he's always played this way. I'm not saying he should, just saying i could see it happening

I was in the states that 1993 series. Thats how i became a Knicks fan. What a bad decision lol
As a kid growing up through the 90's I was drawn to the Bulls because of Jordan and Pippen but I loved the Jazz with the Mailman. Always had a strong interest in NY because I enjoyed watching Ewing. It was my love on NBA Jam on the Sega Mega Drive that drove me to support the Knicks as I always chose them because of Ewing. MJ wasn't on the game.

Didnt like the Bulls cause of Jordan, liked Magic more than anyone. When i saw how Oaks and Mason just hammered them physically i was like this my team.
