Yeh I edited it :p The website said the match was in progress but when I clicked on it said 0 0.... I assumed the match in progress meant the match had in fact started.

They wound up about 20 minutes behind. Pretty impressive job catching up I think.
 
At least by having the Federer match on 20 minute delay it meant 20 minutes less that they needed to fill in before Venus' match started.

Dunno if this has already been gone over in this thread, but the most annoying thing about channel 7 would have to be John Alexander. "Oh wow, that was 2 cm to the left hand side of the centre of the net, meaning the ball needed to be lifted an extra .00000000000572 cm. That is just so low percentage." "Oh look, a winner down the line, how low percentage. He should've played it back to his opponent who would've had an open court to slam it into so that he could hit over the high part of the net."
Just SHUT THE F*** UP.
Oh well at least Jim is there to tell him to keep his mouth shut because he has no idea what he is talking about. Jim is an absolute legend, makes up for JA's annoyingness.

Haha, I didn't have the TV on until I saw this post. When I read your post I thought they might be replaying the whole match. To be honest, it's not that bad a move to replay the end of last night's/this mornings match. It was so inaccessible for most people. I wonder if it would be a different story if Marcos had have won though...

It was just on Foxtel, now they've gone to a live game and C7 are showing the last set of last nights match.
To be honest, i wouldn't mind seeing the Federer game again. That was another top game :thumbsu:

There's Ferrero / Nalbandian, two guys in very good form and Channel 7 finished Hewitt match at 430, then Foxtel just replayed, now channel 7 replay it, 3 times in 7 hours. It was a very low quality match.
 
Is it just me or did this thread advance 3-4 pages in one night?
I was at RL so i didnt see the coverage, did they really make that many mistakes?
 
It's pretty much all about not playing the Federer match live.
