No crappy stuff like Candy Crush please, unless you want everyone to know what a terrible person you are.


Got shown one the other day which is awesome which I'd never heard of before:



Word Lens

Uses your phones camera to scan foreign text (I.e the chinese you find on the back of a lot of packaging) and attempts to translate it into english for you (by physically replacing the words on screen).

Not always 100% accurate but its usually enough that you can work out what it's about.



Really cool nifty app.

I read that regularly because I love all the science articles from around the world. There was always a good collection of astronomy, geology, biology and tech advancement articles. Now they have combined science and technology all they have are freakin articles on iPhone and Androids. It's really pissed me off.
