The Bill...a Q

What is an IC 1 ?...up on all the other lingo, this one .....

Been years since I watched the Bill so had to look up an old The Bill book and what it has for IC1 is

Identity Code 1.

Which means 'white' doesn't it?

IC 1 is a white person

IC 2 is a black person

IC 3 not sure haven't heard this used much, probably of Indian or Asian nationality.

A slight correction.

IC 1 is white

IC 2 is asian

IC 3 is black
