No CGT for companies or if it is used for an investment (revenue) purposes.

At the end of the day they went first thinking the money wasn’t there and took a gamble that they would capture the tiny market. They were wrong.

The counter to that would be if it was so poor you can change it to make it your own when you move in. If you’ve got 4 million you’ll have 5-6 million.

I had house 5 winning but I’m not shocked Mitch and Mark won they did something different
