When he retired, I had a pop who got big time into wood working. All the relatives had table top lazy Susans, maybe 25cm in diameter.
When she retired, my nan got big time into visiting all the relatives to make sure they were looking after/displaying/using pop's wood work properly. She'd be having fits about the vase on the $16,000 table without a hideous doily under it.
The most disappointing thing about that room is that house 1 have been putting money away much more successfully than other houses. I thought it was to splash on main living areas, but they "only" spent $35k on that. I suspect it's still going to be cheap compared to everyone else.
