Man this thread brings me back.

Little did I realise at the time Mackay would not only play in 2020, but receive another one year extension for 2021, and then was offered another one for 2022 but chose to retire!

Seems so long ago, but also so recent!
DMac was a great servant for the club, but also a great whipping boy for this board.
It seems that in 2025 we are yet to settle on a new whipping boy replacement....

With Murphy being relegated to the 2's and Ned is off fishing, it does seem like the job is open, let's see what contenders will walk through.

So far, main contenders seem to be Laird and Milera, although neither of them have really made that position there own.

Yeah, But I think Milera is a reaction to cult favorite Nank missing out, he just needs to stay healthy and he will be fine and avoid the title, Nank will eventually make his own way into the top 20, Laird needs to be careful ...
