Maybe only 30% of WA, the Eagles 60% and the rest share 10%.

Win or lose, we are still proud of our teams.

It's all luck. We have no skill, whatsoever.

I didn't say that.

You have to admit that you have had a very fortunate run with injuries this season and that you were very fortunate to get away with the win yesterday given the opportunities WCE missed in last quarter and Coxie handing JL that killer goal.

Freo has some very good players indeed but have some clear deficiencies that were exposed the week before by Essendon.

In your view we're fortunate with injuries. Obviously we've had a good run but our club prides itself on it's conditioning to prevent injuries as much as possible. At the start of the year, we had quite a few injuries. JLO did a knee. Parker and McPharlin missed half of the season.

Yes we have some deficiencies, like all teams, but we have a lot of strengths as well.

Very fornunate to get away with the win? Turn it up. It was a close game but IMO we were the better side. How many goals did your side get from free kicks? We gave away so many stupid free kicks, it wasn't funny. We missed a lot of easy shots on goal as well like Pavlich from 20 out which we would normally kick in his sleep and Hase missed a shot 30 out. A few of your goals came from simple mistakes from our team as well like Sandilands dropped mark for example. It's always easy to pull out incidents from the game and then ponder what could have happened.

The ladder never lies Frodo. You can go on about the Eagles being better as much as you like but it's not going to change the fact that you will struggle to get past the first week of the finals.

I suppose you would also consider that we were extremeley fortunate to get away with 1 point wins to the Roos and Adelaide, a 3 point victory over Brisbane as well as the win last night?

But there in lies the difference ... a good team wins those types of games while a lesser one goes down wasting opportunities or (at best) salvages a draw.

as with the injuries... Adam Larcom's work with the players would go along way towards having a good run this season.

The fact remains Frodo that our side is no where near as reliant on 4 players as your side is.
Take out top two performing players out and our form slump wouldnt be anywhere near as bad as the one the eagles suffered from through the loss of Gardiner and Embly.

I dare say you had a good run of injuires as the loss of even just gardiner for a longer period of time would have sent you tumbling out of the 8.
Same cannot be said about the dockers.

Take Pavlich and Bell out and your two main playmakers are gone. We're reliant on 4 players? Lets take Hasleby and Medhurst out of the dockers line up too, see how many games you lot win.

Take your hand off it before you go blind mate, freo are on about the same level as West Coast. A team is only as good as the players on its list, and criticising us for having 4 good players is seriously clutching at straws.
