I am always up for good conspiracy.

I will never bag anyone for "crazy" beliefs.

I just haven't been convinced that the planet is flat.

Flat Earth believers do have some ok evidence but just not enough to convince me ......yet.

For example the sun would never come over a horizon with a flat earth.

This IMO is the best attitude to have and leaves you far less susceptible to any kind of brainwashing. With so little information known and so many theories and theories based on arguably made up assumptions no one can truly say what is fact and what isn't.
What would your thoughts be regarding us living inside a simulation and the chance everything could possibly be flat and only simulated that earth and the other planets are in fact round.

I have already researched the "video game" theory.

It's gaining momentum and science is not dismissive of it as they are with flat earth.

The coding in our DNA and the coding in our universerse is to hard to ignore.

But one thing I will say science has convinced me of a creator...a "god"

Everything is at the quantum level. I have mentioned the computer coding but it didn't go down to well with some.
Like I've said previous,I can see technology reaching a point where science will be no longer neccasary and obsolete,the theory of God or a creator I'm not sure will be proven wrong as such.
The 'video game' theory,even though in its infancy does seem a whole lot more plausible than some of the theories they have given us so far,theories there not even close to providing any evidence for really.

Yes,yes,their will still be a need for applied science,kind of,but I doubt very much mankind will be carrying it out,which probably means it's not even applied science at that point any more.Basic or pure science is certainly coming to its end.

I have the same problem. The cave boy seems to call everybody trolls in every thread without saying much at all except self proclamations of his own imaginary level of intelligence.
Everything is transformed into a childish peeing contest at the expense of genuine and worthwhile discussion.

The ISS has been photographed from the ground. You just need a digital camera and a decent telescope.

I have never heard of last Thursdayism but have heard similar things such as we cannot really know when we were created and if memory was programmed into us we wouldn't know any different and not realise it never happened. Same if the simulation was turned off and restarted,we wouldn't know it has been restarted,we'd just carry on from the reboot thinking nothing of the time that has elapsed.
I'm not sure if it sims theory can never be debunked or proven yet. There is just to much we don't know and to many things we are just guessing on all levels. My assumption is many of the answers to everything lay at the quantum level and we need a better understanding of this.

I had a look at your metabunk website out of interest regarding simulation to see if there was anything. There was one piece and everyone bar one person acknowledged it was possible.
Even the one out acknowledged it was possible but was more against the theory there could only be one real universe which limited the probability argument regarding us being simulated as such.
