Anyone considering the G Train?

Some good scores over the season and could be a bit of a wildcard vs the Tigers in Round 22. Has scored well against Richmond the last couple of years.

I know he can be VERY hit and miss in the way that his good is great and his bad is pathetic.

Thoughts?

Very eratic.
Last week in S.C. he scored 219pts. & two weeks before he scored in the minuses.
Must admit have had him in my team since rd.1:o

If he pulled a round like last week he could be the difference but be prepared for his worst if you go with him.;)

Only consider him if you don't think you can win with any other more reliable trade. i.e. you can only win if someone pulls a massive one out, and despite the lower chance of that happening, it at least gives you that chance...

If you're a good chance at winning anyway, a shocker from the G-train could see you lose...

Well I've had him in my team all year and when I needed him in the finals he scored sub-30 and then the week later after I'm knocked out 100+. Never again.

You illustrated my point better than I did! :p

Again, only get G-train if you need a miracle high score that only he can deliver, slim chance that may be.

he is a great entertaining player to sit down and watch though (except when he has one of those 1 mark, 0 kick nights!). I have him in my team so i have to sit and watch him strut around all night, throwing tantrums and kicking goals!
