Ridiculous to have something like that on a corner surely.
To be fair they are there for a reason (to prevent drivers from cutting a corner cleanly etc) but having one on that particular corner isn't a very good idea, in hindsight.

As posted on previous page, it has since been removed.

There is a camera directly above the three cars who initially went into the sand trap.
There is vision, about 12 and a half minutes into tho video.
The cameraman saw the rest of them coming and abandoned his position, you can see him scramble from the opposite side vision. Can’t blame him.



And the cleanup was epic, love the big “shovel” lift.

I second this. Wtf was it?
can’t work it out, thought it might have been a light or camera that dropped from over head. But it looks like it was coming down the road.
The bloke didn’t even flinch.

That crash was at the first round of the British Superbike Championship in April last year. McClung suffered several fractures in his back, a dislocated hip, fractured pelvis, bleeding lungs and head trauma. A gofundme page was set up to help him recover. He was back racing in September...
