The Lion King

It's probably evident that I'm a Lion King fan (the avatar and user name should give that away). Anyway, I saw the musical for the second time yesterday and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience, as well as seeing if anyone here has had the chance to see it.

Haven't seen the musical but the movie did make me tear up a bit when I went to see it long ago.

But it's ok, I had no date and it was a fairly roomy cinema.

Oh my, suppressed memories.

I saw the musical whilst on holiday in Melbourne, was a fantastic experience! Was cool to see certain songs/plot elements that were left out of the film, like Scar trying to get it on with Nala.
