I'm a bit happy that Koch didn't try and stick a Power guernsey on Bieber.

Why? Surely the exposure that would've generated would be priceless.I'm a bit happy that Koch didn't try and stick a Power guernsey on Bieber.

Kochie did while watching the INXS mini series. Thought it was a catchy song and could be trialed as a pre-bounce song.Yes, it's a soulless franchise, because all of the Crows customers come from an "allegiance" to an SANFL club other that Port. On the other hand, most Port Adelaide supporters are brought up with the heritage and loyalty from family members to support Port.
You cannot fully support two "masters", that's why I love the NTUS concept, so brilliant - who ever thought that up is a genius.
NTUA idea didnt come from Kochie. It came from events manager Tara McLeod after her visit to a game of college sports in the US after 2013 season. Kochie being a high school class mate of Kirk Pengilly and a fan of the band from school days formed with the Farris brothers who went to the same school and formed a few bands before being renamed INXS - Kochie has been a fan of theirs since the 1970's so he obviously backed it enthusiastically.Kochie did while watching the INXS mini series. Good to see him taking credit for it earlier this year on a Triple M or Fiveaa pregame interview...NTUA idea didnt come from Kochie. He probably rubbed stamped it and got the band's backing. If he takes some credit thats ok but the original idea to use that song wasnt his.Good to see him taking credit for it earlier this year on a Triple M or Fiveaa pregame interview...
For insightful football analysis, you can't go past 5AA's Stephen Rowe.

Sounded to me he was more jealous and would have liked him at the crowsGood to hear one of the Essendon assistant coaches praising up Bassett big time on 5AA tonight. Crowey was a tad subdued![]()
Don't crowys' kids barrack for us and wrinkle's family too ? If so what a delicious irony hahahaSounded to me he was more jealous and would have liked him at the crows
Let's all accept reality: our chairman (he prefers 'president')
This time last year we were swamped with media with the crows showing off their shiny new toy. Fast forward 12 months and Ive hardly heard anything form or about the Don and I'm not someone who stays away from AA or a free advertiser.Don Pyke good at everything...brings a new meaning to personalised memberships.
Time will tell with Pyke but one things for sure he'll be given precious little time.Don Pyke good at everything...brings a new meaning to personalised memberships.

Would love to see him interview Stephen C Rowe or Rucc on Clarke & DaweOn page 54 of today's Monopoly times there is a feature story on comedian Bryan Dawe who is one half of the ABC's Clarke & Dawe comedy team. At the start of the article Dawey acknowledges his Port Adelaide heritage and how the Port is still part of him.
I went to Woodville High School with Bryan who was a pretty good footballer and made the State schoolboys side.
I thought it was touching the way that the Port is still a part of Bryan's life.
