I've never really watched it since it was first on, it will be interesting to see how it's dated.
I’ve been churning thru it (Seinfeld) on Amazon. It’s still very funny. Some of the “celebs” they refer to I’ve never heard of, and it can venture into cringy territory they wouldn’t be able to get away with these days (but god nothing too offensive), but otherwise it generally still holds its own well enough.

Like any great show it’s all about the characters and they’re so strong those 4, plenty of brilliant scenes.

Schumacher, not bad, not as good as Senna.

How come Shumachers health and life after the accident is kept so private. Have the media been this considerate with anyone else? What happened on the mountain? What injuries did he suffer? What’s his health like at the moment? It’s all a big secret.

I got the point about privacy but was somewhat bemused with why they needed to include Sennas accident in as much graphic depth as they needed to when there has been many instances of it being shown?

Liked the Pilot

It's a slow burn, but it's well done imo. The monologues drag out a bit, probably a bit too much.

Not outright scary but rather disturbing and a bit depressing. That feeling of dread that very few shows/movies can achieve.

Oh yeh I love these type of shows; small town freak show.

Castle Rock was another

The first two Eps of American Rust were excellent also

Kanye doco. Depending how open and honest this is, this could be incredible. Hopefully not just some puff piece, as its subject is, love him or hate him, one of the most fascinating pop culture figures ever.

Just finished Clickbait.

The most stupid farfetched series I think I’ve watched.

This is why I stay away from fictional drama.

Congratulations if you enjoyed it.
It started well but boy did it go off the deep end into implausibility towards the end.

Anyone seen the Netflix Cowboy Bebop opening. Look's good from the trailer actually. Will never replace the original which is up there with True Detective and Breaking Bad for best shows of all time for me, but might be a fun way to kill some time.

I love the original and am doing a rewatch at the moment. Looking forward to checking this one out but I'll be surprised if it holds up, some of it looks great and some of it I worry if the budget constraints are going to show too much (S2 of Altered Carbon). From what they've said and what we've seen so far it does at least look like the people who are making it respect the original and so similar to you I'm hoping it's at least worth sitting down and watching with my kids.

Did a rewatch last week, was very fun!

We've jumped on The Squid Games bandwagon. Damn, they make some good TV in Korea. We watched one a while ago about people turning into monsters that were excellent too.
Oh yeah, I'm totally hooked too. 6 eps in in less than 24 hours. Thanks for the heads up folks.

Started watching The Chestnut Man, Danish murder/mystery series, read the book, which was excellent, the author was the creator and writer of the TV show The Killing, Soren Sveistrup
The Chestnut Man is about a serial killer who leaves a small small figure behind, made of chestnuts and sticks, creepy
