Blood transfusions from the young has been around a while. I think the minimum age to donate is 16 in the US, but I wouldn't be surprised if the super rich wanted blood from younger donors. Stem cells are probably highly sought after as well, in Australia at least the ideal age for donors is under 30, with the minimum age 18. Again, the younger the donor the more benefit.
