Most of us here are using Photoshop or Illustrator. Check out the competition pages (Can Am, NAFL, etc.) to see what you can do with those programs.

Nope, not really. I think most teams in the AFL wear the best version of their possible options.

Yeah this is a bit of a bump, but I just threw some updated Wests Tigers kits on a facebook group, so figured I add them on here and this was the best thread as it still fits the category.

So here are my 2021 Wests Tigers kits (note the home is the same as this years actual design);

Are you a fan of the NRL home/away strips? Since Wests own the club I feel like they should have more white than orange - something like the current Wests "pathways" strips:

Wests own 75% of the club, other 25% I believe is NRL on behalf of Balmain. Wests have amalgamated their leagues club at Ashfield with the Tigers leagues' clubs as they were going broke. Wests have basically adopted the Tigers now which, in my opinion, is a disgrace. Balmain were leeches who would never have returned the favour - if Wests were liquidating they'd have absolutely rebranded as Balmain.

I am actually. I think the two current designs (away more so if modified like I have done) are the correct designs for the club as it stands.

Quite possibly, but Wests Ashfield are also very clued in to what is profitable. The Wests Tigers have now been around for 20 years so for a large number of fans this is the only club they (or their children) know and a change back to the Magpies could cause them to stop following the team and thus drastically reduce the amount the club earns each year. This would also apply to old Balmain fans who have taken the merger well and still support the club. Sure some old Maggies fans may come back but the overall loss would easily outweigh this.

- Redcliffe Dolphins
- Sunshine Coast Falcons
- Some of the other Brisbane-based sides bidding for expansion e.g. Firehawks or Bombers

Canberra Raiders continued....

At first I had very little idea of what to do for this away kit. In reality the only thing I knew that I wanted was that the base colour was going to be the darker blue that the club has been using. So when I changed the base colour of the design to that colour this design came to me as the sleeves began to pop a little, so I thought why not continue it onto the chest and make a wide low V. The addition of the lime green on the outside of the stripes completed the look.

More designs tomorrow. I promise I won't dog you and not post anything...

I like the design, but I feel like we all lost out on the opportunity to see A GREAT BIG BUSHY BEARD in place of the V

Well you might just have to get talking to the people that are involved in getting new clients. Steeden need to go, and only one brand seems to be on fire with their designs and quality at the moment.

I thought ASICS were okay but they've gone backwards this year I reckon.

Haven't been a fan of Asics for a while, especially their collars.
