Only seen JB of those films. I thought it was the weakest Bourne film (not including the one without Matt Damon, that was just horrible) but still has some not bad action and it follows the story. It certainly wouldn't be a waste of time imo, so I'd say go for it.

Watched Sausage Party just recently. Not sure you'd love it tbh. It's a little out there haha.

Put it on and got about 20 mins in, it was OK. But because I was watching it on the PS3, and it was downloaded, somehow it knows that and the sound stops so I turned it off.

The auction for the penthouse in our building was yesterday, we went and checked it out. They were asking $1,030,000, and while it was nice, it probably wasn't worth that much. Checked the result in the paper this morning, and surprise, surprise it didn't sell. There was a vendor bid of $1m.

We also spoke to the agent about a potential move in date. Apparently papers have been lodged with council to get the settlement/title process in place, so he said hoping 4-6 weeks (though I've heard and said that before ). But the end is nigh, I think!

No wonder it didn't sell, does not look at all like a million dollar property, bit of work on the interior design and it could be though. That floor plan is rubbish though, living areas, bathrooms and kitchen are far too small for the size of the apartment as they've tried to squeeze 3 bedrooms in. No island bench in a penthouse apartment WTF? Also don't get me started on that pendant light over the dining table *spew*.

Yes that layout does standout as odd, with the kitchen particularly glaring. Very poor decision not to have an island bench there, looks incredibly cramped for a three bedroom apartment.

That's the one. It looks very nice inside, and the finishes are great etc, but odd floor plan. The master is nice, with its accompanying ensuite, but the additional rooms were quite tiny. The living area is nice and I quite liked that aspect of it.

Could have been staged better too.

And for what they were asking, I'd just buy a house for that price.

Yeah, know the feeling haha. Great news is that we can save more, again. All we need to buy now is a fridge and a desk.

Turns out you can play stuff on the PS4, I never knew. Installed that media player thing and stuff plays, only took me four years to work this out, but I worked it out lol
